Dan Kinley: Broker/Partner

Dan Kinley

Dan Kinley’s real estate background is extensive. He grew up in a family of investors and has been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate since his graduation from the University of Washington in Seattle where he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Right out of college Dan was in client relations and sales with CoStar, a national database and resource for the commercial real estate industry, where he quickly became one of the company’s top West Coast reps. Dan joined as Partner with Kellis Commercial in 2004 and took over the commercial property management division. Since then, that division of Kellis Commercial has almost doubled in size. Dan continues to work with client development and participates in commercial sales and leasing. Dan also oversees the finances and strategic partnerships for both companies. Dan and his wife Stephanie live in Gig Harbor with their daughter Kaitlyn and son Evan.

Trevor Colby: Partner

Trevor Colby

After graduating from Central Washington University, Trevor immediately became immersed in the real estate industry. As an investor, he has personally bought and sold over 30 residential and commercial properties in the Tacoma area. He is currently the Broker of Kellis Commercial Inc., a successful full service commercial real estate firm established in 1975 by William R. Kellis. In 2006, Trevor and his partners Dan Kinley and Steve Sloboda developed KCI Properties as a separate residential brokerage with 12 agents and employees. Alongside Dan, Trevor now works in the development of the commercial sales and leasing department working with clients like MultiCare, Viking Bank, and other prominent South Puget Sound companies. Trevor is actively involved with local real estate development, investments, and trends. He lives in the Old Town neighborhood of Tacoma with his wife Melinda, son Jacob, and daughter Aleah.

Abba Delker: Residential Agent

Abba Delker

Abba’s active lifestyle led to a Biology and Athletic Training Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 2000. Abba has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2001 and has worked with several local high schools on the sidelines. She believes life should be fun and full of laughter so you can be rest assured that your real estate needs will be taken care of with a positive, fun and no pressure attitude. Abba lives in Spanaway with her husband Travis, a service member of the United States Army.

Bob McQueen: Residential Agent

Bob McQueen

Bob has been an active real estate agent for over two years. His background in new construction is extensive as he and his father run a successful framing contractor business in Pierce County. He has worked with many prominent local builders in the area and uses those relationships to benefit his clients. Bob joined KCI Properties in late 2006 as a residential specialist and is committed to high quality customer service. Bob grew up in the Puyallup Valley, attended Puyallup High School and still lives in the area. He enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and water sports.

Danielle Carbary: Residential Agent

Danielle Carbary

Danielle is proud to have been born and raised in Tacoma. At the age of 18, Danielle followed her enthusiasm for sports to Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, where she graduated in just 2 ˝ years with a B.S. in Sports Marketing and Management. Taking the skills learned at I.U. and in her internship with the Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Club, Danielle was hired by Emerald Downs as the Group Sales Coordinator. She rapidly earned praise as a top performer, and she and her team became the #1 producer in the organization's history. She was promoted to Account Executive and then to Outside Sales Manager in no time. It was during this time that Danielle recognized she had an emerging passion: Real Estate. She took her time learning the industry and joined KCI Properties in 2006. In addition to her technical success, Danielle's main focus is ensuring her clients have a positive home buying and selling experience. Danielle lives in Federal Way with her husband Cory and their two dogs, Griffey and Indy.

Emily Westman: Residential Agent

Emily Westman

Emily’s interest in historic architecture initially attracted her to the real estate industry. Born and raised in North Tacoma, she is especially interested in the local history of Tacoma. Emily obtained a degree in journalism from Western Washington University and has a background in marketing. Having worked for an engineering firm, a development company and a trade association, she has a broad understanding of building and design. Emily lives in North Tacoma with her husband, Tim, and their dog, Bella. She is currently working on marketing Tacoma’s most contemporary, urban condos – Stadium302, located in the heart of Tacoma’s historic Stadium-Seminary district.

Shannon McMillen: Assistant Property Manager

Shannon McMillen

Born and raised in Southern California, Shannon attended Agoura High School and California Polytechnic State University with a major in Graphic Communication. As Assistant Property Manager she contributes in all aspects of the commercial property management division. She also works with the residential finances of KCI Properties and is the administrative MVP of the office. She lives in Gig Harbor with her dog Dillon and her cat Lily. She loves to cook and considers herself addicted to bowling.
